What Midnightreach Heating & Air Does

Midnightreach Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. That is all. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, schedules, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promise about whether a provider is available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get the estimate in writing. Ask before you sign.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job and they are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are general, and they do not promise any amount of energy savings. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What You Agree To Do

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get in by unauthorized means.

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact at any time, email contact@midnightreach.lat.

Who Owns the Content

The content and design of this site belong to Midnightreach Heating & Air or those who license it to us. Do not copy it or reuse it for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Midnightreach Heating & Air is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from a deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.
