How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Midnightreach Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Midnightreach Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Know the limits, though. Midnightreach Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@midnightreach.lat. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you want us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
